ORDER PROCESSING

Orders placed Monday through Friday by 12:00pm PST will be processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days depending on merchandise availability and credit verification. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays will begin processing on the following business day. Should merchandise you have selected not currently be in stock or if we need additional information for credit verification, a follow up email will be delivered. At this time, Saturday delivery is not available. Please note, delivery times do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.

NON-DELIVERABLE PACKAGES

For any reason should a delivery be refused, returned due to wrong address, and/or address not found, the customer will be refunded less shipping shipping charges and a 15 % restocking fee for domestic orders. For international orders the customer will be refunded less any additional fee's such as but not limited to customs & duties (if applicable) and a 30% restocking fee.

* Shop Frankie's, Inc. shall have no responsibility or liability for the delay of a delivery of any order when prevented from doing so due to strikes, labor disputes, accidents, acts of god, natural disasters, weather delays, regulations of any governmental authority, customs clearances, or any cause out of the reasonable control of Shop Frankie's, Inc or its shipping vendors. Shop Frankie's, Inc. shall work with shipping vendors to remedy the situation and deliver the order as soon as reasonably possible. Shop Frankie's, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

* Free shipping does not apply to international orders.

* Shop Frankie's, Inc. preferred shipping carrier is UPS and therefore we are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses or P.O. Boxes at this time.

* Please note that some countries will impose tariffs on items shipped abroad. THE CUSTOMER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY COUNTRY SPECIFIC TARIFFS AND DUTIES added by their respective government.
