SHOP FRANKIE'S, INC. RETURN POLICY FOR THE CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items according to the Shop Frankie's, Inc. Return policy for a refund or for an online store credit.
Items that may NOT be Returned:
*All shipping & handling is nonrefundable.
If eligible, a prepaid return shipping label will be included in all orders shipped within the Continental United States only. Please note, if you requested a refund and use the prepaid return shipping label, then a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your total. Any packages returned after 15-days from receipt of order will be refused and returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Please allow time for ground transit.
Returning Items Paid with Gift Certificate or Store Credit
If you purchased item(s) using a gift certificate or store credit, then you may only receive a refund in the form of store credit.
Refund & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Shop Frankie's, Inc. within 15-days of receipt of order, your refund will be processed and credited back to the original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Shop Frankie's, Inc. Please include a copy of the Return Instructions Form inside all packages returned to Shop Frankie's, Inc. and allow time for ground transit.
Online Store Credit & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Shop Frankie's, Inc. within 15 days of receipt of order and you have selected store credit, your request will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. Shop Frankie's, Inc. offers free return shipping should you request an online store credit in place of a refund.
Merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached and in saleable condition. Shop Frankie's, Inc. retains the sole right to inspect all merchandise returned prior to a refund being approved and issued. Should any merchandise be found to have signs of wear or not conform with the Shop Frankie's, Inc. Return Policy, then the return will be declined and merchandise will be reshipped back to the customer at the customer’s expense.
For any reason should you be shipped an item that does not match your paperwork from the item ordered, then Shop Frankie's will immediately ship the correct item at no charge and will issue a refund for the cost of the return shipping.
International Return Policy (including Canada)
Shop Frankie's, Inc. currently does not accept returns or online store credits from outside the Continental United States.
